Mission Statement

“Our mission is to create the opportunity for positive competitive golf experiences for young athletes. We strive to educate players on how to effectively train for lasting skill acquisition and proper development of physical, technical, mental and tactical golf skills. We believe in creating a fun, athlete-centered learning environment with full coaching support for players at all stages of skill development. Values such as honor and respect for the game are instilled in our players, which ultimately leads them to develop a passion for the sport which can take them anywhere.”

The Team DJGT is a concept which unites committed athletes in a team environment to train skills and develop expertise in golf. With a wide range of topics, innovative practices, and a collaborative environment, Team DJGT is a coaching and training program that helps young athletes train their skills in highly effective environments.

For many young athletes, our tour qualifier will be their first exposure to competitive golf.

Participating athletes will benefit from coaching support as they play a practice round at Baxter Creek Golf Club. Coaching stations before and after the round will complement the 18 supervised holes. Players will learn how to navigate a practice round and how to effectively prepare for future events.

This popular training camp offers a week of playing and training golf. It’s an ideal camp for players to train their skills intensely and have a great time in the process.

The camp has been designed to shake off the winter rust, touch all aspects of the golf game, and prepare players for the 2018  competitive season.
Participants will be taught how to practice effectively and will be provided with drills that will transfer skill development to a competitive round.
